Is this a real Pokemon card?
No. Every listing is a not real, novelty proxy card for casual play, display, and binder collecting only. It is not an authentic Pokemon card and it is not tournament legal.

How does shipping work?
Shipping is free within the United States. Orders of 1 to 2 cards ship by standard untracked mail, each card in its own envelope, sleeved in a rigid top loader. Orders of 3 or more cards ship with tracking.

How long will my order take?
Orders ship from Seattle, Washington, within 1 to 3 business days. Untracked stamp mail can take up to 2 weeks to arrive.

What if my order is late or does not arrive?
Contact us and we will help. For untracked mail, please wait until the end of the week first, then reach out and we will work out the next steps with you.

Do you accept returns?
Returns and exchanges are not accepted, and the photos show the exact design you will receive. If there is any problem with your order, contact us and we will make it right.

Do you take custom orders?
Not at the moment, we do not have the capacity. We hope to offer them in the future.
